Refusal to receive

In case of refusal to receive the goods, outside the cases described below, the refusal is considered unfounded and the Customer is liable to pay the costs of delivery and return of the goods.

In the event that the Customer is not found within the delivery period at the specified address or access and conditions for delivery of the goods are not provided within this period, Kirkorian GOLD Ltd. is released from its obligation to deliver the goods requested for purchase. The Customer may confirm his desire to receive the goods even after the delivery period has expired, in which he was not found at the address, by assuming all delivery costs. In this case, a new delivery period begins to run from the moment of confirmation.

The customer has the right to refuse to receive the goods requested for purchase when they are delivered to him under one of the following conditions:

  • the delivered goods clearly do not correspond to the one requested for purchase by the Customer and this can be established through a simple inspection
  • in case of a discrepancy between the requested purchase and the delivered goods, which could not be established at the time of delivery

Exchange and return of goods

The customer has the right to request a replacement of a size listed in his/her original order. In this case, it is necessary to state his/her wish, in writing (by email) or orally (by phone), within a period not exceeding 14 working days to the contact details provided on the website.

The customer has the right, within 14 working days, to return the delivery received from us to the address: Varna, MALL VARNA, 186 Vladislav Varnenchik Blvd., floor -1 G Gallery (South Entrance), KIRKORIAN store, with the delivery being at his expense.

Important clarification regarding individual adjustments:

Products whose chain length or ring size has been adjusted to the customer's request are considered personalized . For this reason, adjusted items are not subject to return or exchange , except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Additional terms regarding returns of personalized products:

  • Customized products include:
    – products with adjusted chain length
    – rings with adjusted size
    – engraved jewelry
    – products made to individual order (from a photo, with changes in design, gold, stones, etc.)
  • Such products are not subject to return or exchange , according to Art. 57, item 3 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), referring to "delivery of goods made to order by the consumer or according to his individual requirements".

Please make sure that the selected sizes meet your preferences before confirming the order .

Returns are allowed under the following conditions:

  • The request for return of the goods is submitted in writing to the e-mail address for correspondence specified by Kirkorian GOLD Ltd., within a period not exceeding 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order. The request must contain the customer's personal bank account to which the amount paid by the customer for the goods will be refunded.
  • the goods are in good commercial condition, original packaging, with original labels, accompanied by the original documents issued by Kirkorian GOLD Ltd.
  • the customer pays all costs (price of the courier service and insurance of the goods) related to the transportation of the goods to the specified address

Kirkorian GOLD Ltd. reserves the right not to refund the amount paid by the customer in case one or more conditions for returning goods are violated.
