Warranty

The warranty is valid only in the event of a problem arising from a manufacturing defect and does not cover damage caused by improper use or wearing of the jewelry. It covers claims related to manufacturing imperfections, such as a defective clasp, problems with the jewelry's manufacturing, and one-time size correction. The warranty does not apply in the following cases: mechanical damage (dropping, impact, scratching), repeated or subsequent size correction, as well as in the event of a stone falling.
